Getting fit, changing eating habits, my experience so far

So I’ve always been seen as relatively fit but I know I can do better. I ate way too much for my body type and used exercise to balance it out. Went from 190 to 182 in the span of a couple weeks. Cut out beer, chips, and just started eating smaller portions while continuing to exercise. My goal is to lose my little belly fat but so far it’s been going well. I’ve basically been intermittent fasting, drink a shake for breakfast and don’t eat until about 1 or 2. I realized I always chased that full feeling before and would over indulge. Now I’m eating just enough to sustain myself. It’s a big difference. I’m not counting calories or anything, just sort of doing what I can to keep myself as for as possible while lowering my weight.
