Hi guys.
Basically, I have been losing weight for the past month and a half and have lost about 10 lbs.
Done this by eating 3 meals a day (omelette --> meat with salad ---> whatever my parents cook for dinner), eating fruit between meals if I'm hungry and going to the gym every day.
Past 2 Saturdays I have gone out to watch football with friends. This consists of a load of beer and some unhealthy food. I seem to gain a lot of weight afterwards (~3lbs)
I read online that 3500 calories ~= 1 lbs. There's no way I actually eat like 10,500 calories extra in this day. pretty demotivating to ruin the week's hard work with 1 day of drinking.
Does anyone have anything similar and could share some advice?
