First week up after a progression of losses - new challenges!

Sw: 278.6 CW: 256.9 GW1: 175 GW2: 125. 41/F 5’5

Started losing weight on June 1 and have had a steady progression down losing 21.7. This week for the first time in 11 weeks I was up, albeit only 0.1lbs so i know it’s no big deal. I ate bad week for the first 5 days and added in exercise for the last 3 days. I knew eating bad was going to cause me to be up and instead of binging and just giving up I realigned and got back on the wagon to finish the week strong. I am/used to be a runner and even ran a marathon in 2016 (highlight of my life!) Tomorrow i start the learn to run program i used to teach at the Running Room, a far cry from going out for 20k runs of a Saturday morning! There is a park just up the road from the me with a 3.4k loop which I have been walking around. The goal is to do a loop of run/walk program and then a loop of walking every morning. I know I can do this because I have done it before I just need to get out of my head! So far the weekend has been good foodwise and hoping the running/walking will help!!

Have a great night/day all!!!
