I celebrated my birthday on the 12th last week and helped prepare a diaper cake for my oldest cousin's baby shower. Needless to say, I did have some treats and was busy with my business, birthday, and the diaper cake (+shopping) to keep up on exercising this time because everything else was exhausting.
My mental health took a bit of a plummet this week, and I finally forced myself to write this post and get it out of the way. I'm a bit sad that I didn't lose anything, but gained back that 0.1 lb (lol), but it was to be expected for this week. Hoping better for this coming week while focusing on myself without any parties or occasions this time.
I am working again on my exercising routine this week though so I can get something in place that's fit for me. I'm still dealing with blisters despite suggestions I had on another post to help decrease them or cease entirely, but at this rate I feel like getting new shoes with wider toe space would be more doable. I'm not sure. I'll figure it out though.
