So basically here’s the issue. Before wisdom teeth surgery I was 138 (august 2). Week after I was 136. Yesterday morning I was 135.6. Today I got home and weighed 133.6 before dinner, however i hadn’t eaten for about 5 hours. My calorie calculator says my maintenance is 2230, so I’m eating 1730.
Here’s all the activity I do in a week: Lift 5 times, legs twice a week. back and biceps, chest and triceps, and shoulders once a week. These last 30-45 min. I run for 20 min after lifting (on legs I split it and lift in the morning and run at night). I just started college on Monday and I do walk a A LOT. Maybe 30 min collectively at most every day mon-thur. I’m always drenched in sweat cuz it’s hot. I really just don’t want to lose muscle. Also I eat 124 grams protein a day. Is 1730 too low?? What’s going on ??
