I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say, my English is not the best.
I'm 5'7 (the last time I measured my height was in 2018 so it could be innacurate).
I've lost 13lbs in a month and a half, so now I'm at 196lbs but whenever I see a picture of me I can't believe how big I look.
I've always been told I have wide shoulders but that sounds like the "you have big bones" excuse, so I never really took those compliments as sincere.
Before losing these measly 13 pounds I had a bmi of 30 I believe, which was borderline obese. Now I'd be classified as overweight, but I still look obese.
Have any of you dealt with these types of thoughts at the start of your journey? If so, does it get easier? Could it be some sort of body dismorphia?.
