Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a mighty fine day. Are you thinking about next month's goals? Lessons learned this month? Or is it too soon to contemplate? Goodness summer is going by fast!

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Nailed it today. Much love to peaches. Every peach sign spray painted on ply wood has me hitting the brakes this week.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute walky walk & I should do posture poses before bed. 21/24 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did a little today. Also had therapy which is as good as journaling if not a headier hit of self care.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my therapist and any therapists like her, doing such wonderful work, peaches again, good coffee, respectful people & a tiny yorkie named Enzo. I wanna bite those tiny ears. Gently.
Express gratitude (verbally or through written communication): Gonna hit this up meow. I've also decided I should be a person I express gratitude to. I'm glad today me logged my meals, drank lots of water, got up and had a walk & really showed up to therapy with things to tackle, not just to coast along.
