30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 23

Hello losers,

Happy Monday! Hope you're out there kicking butt.

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Scale break. Yikes.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Nailed it today. Much love to peaches.

Exercise 5 days a week: Stationary bike & back stretches/yoga for posture. 20/23 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: Did a little today.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for peaches, a good nights sleep & the clean bill of health my ancient lioness kitty received from the vet.
