Happy Monday! Running on a later schedule this week, I'll try to work in a post earlier tomorrow.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Progress over perfection. Trying to unattach my self worth from the number on the scale. Yuck. Hating this tool today.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Kids, it was not a calorie friendly day. I'm not making good choices or handling some of my stress and joy very well. I'll aim for better tomorrow.
Exercise 5 days a week: Walkies, 45 ish minutes & back yoga my lower back is a real bitch. 14/16 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Mucho lists.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for coffee, time off work & the ability to ask youtube for virtually any stretches or work outs or to learn silly dances.
Express gratitude (verbally or through written communication): Will do right meow.
