Happy August first! Holy cow this season is running right by. I hope your day 1 was a good starting place & full of wins!
Goals for me!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Progress over perfection. Trying to unattach my self worth from the number on the scale. Logged it this morning without much fuss.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Maintenance today.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute stationary bike with upper body lift sets mixed in. 1/1 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: A little today, mostly list checking.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my meal prep turning out tasty, easy and semi responsible calorie wise tikka masala sauce & my partner's kind caring support. I've got it most of the time but when your people are so firmly in your corner that they brought a camp chair to sit in, it's really nice.
Express gratitude (verbally or through written communication): My partner made time to make me a special calorie friendly treat & I was very vocally appreciative about it. Including a little bit of drooling.
