1 month of binging, now 5kg heavier.

I'm new to Reddit, so I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub. I followed it silently, but never posted. I am 160cm, female, and in my late twenties.

I managed to finally lose all the extra weight and get down to my goal of 49kg. Of course, my birthday was right around the corner once I hit my goal.

Ever since my birthday last month, I have been binging multiple times a week. I am talking large binges of 7000 calories on average. Now, almost 1 month after my first binge upon reaching my goal weight, I am now 53kg. My sedentary job, long commute, and neglecting exercise didn't help.

Any advice on how to get back to 48kg is appreciated. Looking in the mirror, I am so much bigger than I was just a few short weeks ago. It took me almost a year to lose all the weight. I hate what I did to myself.

I am so tempted to just not even try to lose 5kg I put on because of how long it will take.
