I feel like when stepping on a hill for losing weight, the first few steps are always filled with uncertainty. Questions like, ahh Ill have to fight this fight for months, can I do this? But its only steep for the first few steps. Just make it through the 3 days and your body breaks its habits.
Of course youll have urges, but nothing breakdown worthy. Making this post to remind myself incase I ever fall off the boat again, and to help someone understand that it rly isnt some 200 day journey of pain.
