Day 9! It’s a very, nine, sort of day.
I hope your Tuesday has gone well. I love reading your updates, you folks are killing it.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got this week.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Rest day. 7/9 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: I’m closing in on my first section. I did the hard parts first so hopefully that’ll keep me going. I didn’t clear anytime for this over the weekend but I'll make sure I catch up this week. X/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my long time friend/hair stylist. She is the loveliest of lovely ladies & I'm looking as cute as a lamb. I also got an eyebrow slit so I look fierce. A fierce lamb!
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Mental health care. It's been a rough summer. This bitch is ready for fall. I'm listening to drag queens spill the tea until I can handle being around humans again.
