Hello losers, Day 8. A Monday, of all days! How are you all hanging in? I’ve been trying to manage my caffeine intake but I would’ve slapped a legislator for more coffee today.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Got this week. 2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today! Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 40 minute lunch walk, stationary bike & some strength work with some posture poses for my old lady back. 7/8 days. Finish one section (year) per week: I’m closing in on my first section. I did the hard parts first so hopefully that’ll keep me going. I didn’t clear anytime for this over the weekend but I'll make sure I catch up this week. X/4 years. Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for seeing four red tailed hawks & hearing them calling to each other. There's a family by where I work & I think the parents are trying to teach the juveniles how to hunt. Good luck my talon having buddies!
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Decide if I want my hair stylist to put a notch in my eyebrow or not by tomorrow morning. How goes it for you today?
