The key to weight loss for me was to just open the app, and measure your food. Can’t measure? Ok, then estimate. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Also, don’t go over your calorie intake, just don’t. And, Eat something with high nutritional value each day, just something, a banana, an orange, screw it, even a bit of pizza. Do this because it’s very hard to avoid fatigue and hunger solely by eating chips, cereal, ramen, and popcorn. If you can workout, go for it. 9.9 times out of 10 you’re going to feel good after, you won’t regret it, and it improves mood. I thought that was stupid, but I’ve come to learn it’s not. Is exercise necessary? No, but It helps. Bored? Play video games, go to sleep, play basketball, etc. But whatever you do, try not to watch films. Importantly, remember why you’re losing weight, and remember your roots. Remember your highs and lows and think about how it feels to feel and look good. I can assure you that as long as you’re putting effort in you will eventually lose weight. Because in the simplest form effort = kg lost That’s just how it is and how it will always be. Set goals, compete goals, make new goals.
