Day 2! We got the promised April showers late! Such a storm last night. I hope it helps the new planties!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 1/2 days.
1800 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): Planning stir fry & Trader Joe’s pork belly. Haven’t made the pork belly before so we’re gonna see! 1/2 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35 minute lunch walk & stationary bike plus lower back yoga. 2/2 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Little bit of digital journaling & some list checking in the physical journal.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for a spring shakeup. Crazy wild storm last night, raining today, another day in boots, love it!
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: I want to descale the coffee machine! Seriously this time!
