So i (21f) have been trying to lose weight since 6th July and have been calorie counting my meals since then. I usually have one cheat meal on a Friday evening with my partner but then instantly back on to it again the next day. The first 2 weeks i was constantly hungry, weak and generally feeling down and i was losing 2lbs or so but fast forward to the past 4 weeks I’ve been enjoying the process eating healthier and stuff, not feeling as hungry or weak but I’m consistently putting 1-2lbs on every week! I have been well within my calories everyday but its still not coming off? Why is this happening? Since last July i was almost at a stone loss but its slowly racking back up to my starting weight last year💔
My partner doesn’t understand either as he’s been making my meals and can see i have calories left over. Any advice?
