I just wanted to ask for some help here. I'm 18, F, 5'9 and currently 70kg. in the past week i have started doing 1 hour of yoga + 6-8k steps every day. I eat usually around 1300-1500 calories.
For the first 2 days i lost a little weight, but for the past 3 it has stayed the exact same. Is that normal? I don't think its food weight as my movements have been pretty good, do yall think its bc i started exercising? or water weight? And if so what should I do going forward??
I know it's only been 3 days but it's still a bit annoying, losing weight was so much easier when i was obese lmaooo 😭😭 if anyone has advice i'd b very grateful! :)
