Hello,
I am totally at an impass right now.
SW: 80 kgs, lowest weight 75kgs, but for the past 2-3 weeks my weight has been hovering at 76kgs and somedays increasing (164cm height, female) and I can't explain it:
I cut around an additional 100 calories from my daily caloric intake and have been sticking to it and I am still weighing and recording everything. No cheat days either due to no appetite! I am also sticking to my exercise regimen and even bumped up the intensity and have been handling it well.
My clothes fit better. My waist is measuring smaller. My face is slimmer. I am still drinking the same amount of water daily. And my period is long over.
So why is it all of a sudden that whenever I wake up my weight is not EVEN at its lowest anymore???
The only thing I can even comment on is my stomach does feel a bit tender and bloated but with the waist measurement it shouldn't account for 2+ pound gain, right?
It is just frustrating. Had it not been for the other positive changes I might have stopped and did a complete 180 but I am otherwise happy with my changes just not sure why the scale is being so problematic all of a sudden. Any ideas???
