Hi everybody, ive been 2 weeks on vacation and i didnt track what i ate. I thought: "its okey, its only 2 weeks, eat sparingly, don't overeating and everything will be alright. You might lose because you are walking a lot" Haha! Ive gained 1,3 kilo, while i stepped on the scale, i was surprised how easy is to gain weight back. You know what? I am ok with it, i enjoyed local foods, new spices, extreme hospitality from locals that wanted to cook me their foods, show me their culture, beverages, everything. Extremely hard to refuse new tastes.
Its lecture that brings me back to harsh reality, makes me return to my new lifestyle back and believe in my weight losing journey like in best way how to live. I didnt regret it, its was amazing experience.
Yesterday i arrived, weighted myself this morning before breakfast (like i do usual, to have most accurate results to compare) and planned diet for next week, like before vacation. Lets go to my goal weight!
Enjoy your vacation and be kind to yourself, do mistakes and enjoy your life. Forgive yourself :).
PS: i am not able to do custom flair, with my age, goal weight, starting weigt, current weight, like i saw it at few users.
