Hi all, here's my daily weight in Aug.
It was a nightmare at the beginning when I started tracking my daily weight (since June), but I do it because I want to understand my weight fluctuations more. Eventually I find it interesting and almost always able to explain my weight fluctuations.
I am a fairly curious person, so I always try to find out what causes this and that, and always assure myself the jump is often temporary due to water weight.
Here are the explanations for (1), (2) and (3):

(1) I always get a steeper than usual down slope after the 1st day of my period

(2) I did some strength training and weight went upwards

(3) I increased my carbs intake to ease my migraine as it's been a lot more frequent for the past 2-3 weeks (not sure why carbs help, but it's always been my "solution")
So today I seen my all-time low: 200.3lbs, can't wait to lose another 0.4lbs to see 199.x lbs :)
Reminder: don’t be upset if you see fluctuations, it’s totally normal! In long run, it will be downtrend and worthy!
