I lost 150~ pounds. Took my foot off the gas of dieting for a little bit and slowly put back on about 20 lbs and have maintained that weight for months so it’s been fine.
I don’t hate the new weight but recently decided to lose that 20 lbs again but I can’t seem to lose a fricken pound.
I have forgotten how to lose weight and it seems crazy but the motivation to lose any weight at all again is gone. I’m stuck at a maintence of that 20+ lbs no matter how much I try to lose or how much I don’t track I stay at the same weight.
Seeing if this happened to other people and if it did what they did about it. Thanks
