New to this…

Hey y’all, I’m very new to the weight loss game. I was sitting at 312 (highest) for about a year, but was in the 300s for about 3, and couldn’t loose weight because I struggled with binge eating after a day of eating healthy.

Today I’m at 299, it’s been hard so far to keep going. I work in a deli at a grocery store, which is also right next to a bakery! So it’s so tempting to buy something, but packing a lunch has helped so far.

I have an obsession with this beat saber game which is my main form of exercise outside of work, as it’s fun and entertaining all at once.

Any tips on continuing would be appreciated!
