I like to make up little songs/rhymes when I’m doing things sometimes, for no other reason than just because I can. Tonight I MEAL PREPPED for the first time in literally years, and that definitely deserved one - “We gettin’ less thick, we gettin’ less thick, eatin’ fish and sweet potatoes, oh yeah that’s my sh*t.” 💀🤦🏻♀️
Tonight I meal prepped fish in spicy tikka masala sauce, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted asparagus, and brown rice for the next few days. Who is this girl. I’m ready to start eating healthy again and exercising because my body is just not thriving right now.
Tomorrow I plan to eat what I meal prepped for dinner and then throughout the day I will probably have some “vanilla cupcake” Greek yogurt (Yoplait), a banana, and maybe some tuna in a low carb tortilla.
Anyone have any go to healthy meals or snacks they love? Always welcoming new ideas!
