I’ve been extremely consistent for the past month and a half with my diet and exercise but this last week has been rough.
I have been doing an hour of bike cardio each morning this week (missed one day because I was just so tired and snoozed my alarm) so I’ve been eating lowish calories (~1700 per day). I usually do 3 days a week of strength training a week but just haven’t had the energy this week. Also, I haven’t really had any bad cravings since I started but this week I’ve had quite a few and I didn’t cave but it I was super irritable.
Anyone have any similar experiences or have any ideas of how I can get out of this slump?
