I (M24, 5'11", 157lbs) am looking to make some changes in my life while I'm in my prime. I see a lot of pictures of both sexes making ridiculous progress in months but I can't seem make the same amount of progress. I've started a new job that is considerably physically demanding (more than I originally thought it would be) and I want to build up muscle and gain healthy weight and strength. I've always had a slender build and a bit of a gut. I eat O.K. but not the greatest by any means.
I am reaching out to this subreddit for help since a lot of people lose weight here, but gain healthy muscle. What are some ideas that I can look into for changing my body for the better?
