I am 13M and 5'3.5 and trying to lose weight. I was at around 61kg a few weeks ago and since then have been trying to exercise more e.g. press ups and making generally healthier eating decisions. Yesterday I thought it looked like I had lost weight (and other people agreed) so I weighed myself however I got 65kg. I was almost certain I'd lost some weight. Anyway now I'm confused as to how to lose weight effectively, or even if I should be losing weight at all. So I need opinions, do I need to lose weight, if I do how much should I lose, and what is the most effective way to go about it? (I don't have access to a gym)
