30F/5’2/CW81kg I know this might be a strange post here - but I was in a pretty bad way with my over eating up until about a month ago, it’s then that I decided my first step was to not put on any more weight, so I found my maintenance, and have stuck at it for 4 weeks.
Within a few days I dropped 1kg probably just water weight from all the rubbish I was eating…and since then I have not put on any weight…this is a success story for me, because ultimately I want my new diet to be as sustainable as possible. My next step is to drop down 100cal a day, from 1800 to 1700 (maintenance calories for my goal weight (56kg) is 1400cal so that’s my eventual goal) I am notoriously inconsistent with my training, although I’ve managed to go to the gym 4 times a week for the last two weeks I cannot rely on this and must be vigilant with my calorie intake.
Just wanted to share.
