Hi! I am (20M,5’8) this is my first post here ! started my weightloss journey back in april (SW: 231lbs CW: 198 lbs) I haven’t been losing weight for about 20 days now even though i try to be at a calorie deficit (i eat 1,800 calories a day) but i have my cheat days where i eat my maintenance calorie. I workout 4-5 days a week( mostly brisk walk and jogging for 1 and half hrs ) I was losing about 2 lbs a week by doing just these the past months. Now, I’ve changed my workout routine and added 1 hrs of weight training and another hour of cardio which i have been doing for like 10 days now hoping to break the plateau but doesn’t seem to show any results though some visible changes can be seen on my biceps and arms . But, my weight have been constant for like the past 20 days as i have mentioned, not increasing nor decreasing . Please suggest some changes i can make in my diet or lifestyle. ( I might have been eating oily food on some days and also my protein intake is abit low ) Thankyou for reading :)
