Hi! Im a 16F and im trying to look into more healthy meal choices. Ive grown up with my moms cooking which tastes soo good but quite obviously is very unhealthy. Meals contain way too much oil and we often get take out too.
As we are in pandemic i have a little more time cook. Im only 16 and live with my family so i cant cook that much as i dont really earn independently and stuff. However i still wanted some meal ideas to switch to healthy eating to lose weight as im overweight.
I want to know some balanced meals that actually taste good and are easy to make. I was wondering if i can switch stuff slowly and add my own meals once per day so it makes a good balance with what my mom cooks? What are some really easy, cheap and tasty meals i can make myself?
