Welp. I was a victim of the Covid Fat CompilationTM epidemic and lost most of my pre-Covid progress. I'm back in the saddle doing IF and even incorporating physical exercise (riding my bike instead of driving where possible, walking the 15 flights of steps in my building instead of taking the elevator, etc), but I'm finding my boredom snacking to be my biggest opponent right now.
I bought protein bars in the hopes they would be a good, filling snack if I get hungry outside of my bigger meals in my feeding window, however that doesn't really help if I eat half the box in one go.
Anyone have any tips to deal with bored eating? Basically my solutions so far have been to stay too busy to think about eating (which is exhausting) or to fast for a longer period of time so my feeding window is smaller (which has caused me to binge during my feeding window because I'm so hungry). Feeling rather frustrated.
