Could prolonged kcal deficit cause fatigued?Lost over 100lb in 7 months. 12lb away healthy bmi. 6.4ft 23M

Hi,

So strange thing happened to me. Over the past 7 months I was eating bit over 2000 kcal and feeling very good never hungry good levels of energy. But suddenly week ago I started to feel fatigue and bit tired. Also calisthenics performance seems to dropped a bit.

So what I am thinking could it be that body "fight" a bit harder now due to not that much body fat left and no longer can handle this high kcal deficit? Loosing (3-5lb a week on average) I am about 23-25% body fat now.

Thinking to increase kcal by 300 a day or even more as don't know why I am rushing to loose weight in first place 😅 and don't want to feel fatigue.

Also would like to mention I was always obese in my life and first time in years I am 220lb. Goal to 200.
