Hi everyone. I’ve done some research on how to meal plan and I’m overwhelmed. I obviously want to lose weight, and meal planning will make it easier to stick to dieting. My problem: how do I plan these recipes that won’t waste food? If I choose a recipe I like, I’m afraid I will waste the ingredients unless I eat it for a couple days straight. Second problem: macros. I don’t understand how to count macros and make a recipe around that. How do I know that I’m eating the right amount that I won’t be gaining more weight? I don’t know how to shop for groceries knowing it will all be used up properly, and I don’t know what recipes will work well. Side Note: how do I trick myself into feeling like I’m not depriving myself for food? Thanks all
