I hope your day was a successful one full of victories small & large! Over halfway done with August I can't even believe it.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Progress over perfection. Trying to unattach my self worth from the number on the scale. Yikes kids. Paying the price for bad choices.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): I'm on a staycation, I'm going to give myself up to 2000 calories. I need to get back to extending myself kindness for this & it's just become a tool to beat myself up with & it's really playing into a nasty shame cycle.
Exercise 5 days a week: Walkies, 90 ish minutes & back yoga my lower back is a real bitch. Less of a bitch than yesterday. 15/17 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Went out to a local walking garden park & sat down to journal by some running water. Muy lovely.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being off work, being able to recharge some & refocus on some goals. Also not wearing work clothes is getting a solid woot woot.
Express gratitude (verbally or through written communication): Done via text today.
