I'll be honest. Didn't feel that confident this week until I saw the progress pictures. I like my stomach a bit more this time around despite not measuring it. No idea if it's really changed much but it's nice feeling a touch more confident! I forgot I was doing this today, and was about to go to bed. But I want to keep this habit. It's been a motivator to do my exercises when I otherwise was kind of meh about it. I want to see the muscle build and define. I want to see myself become who I want to be. Each day is a step closer!
Still mainly calisthenics. Following videos I found online. Been working with weights here and there too but am going slow with them to work on form before I push myself on weight.
