Hey y’all. As you may have seen by the title, I wanna lose 80 pounds by the end of the year, as I’m currently a few pounds below 250 and have been overweight for years. I’ve always wanted to lose weight, but every time I’ve tried it never worked out for me and I just gained the weight I lost right back and then some. I started working out again at the beginning of the year, and have started to decrease the amount I eat everyday. I’m trying to eat below 1300 kcal daily, and I think me working out will help as well. However, I know there’s so much more that goes into losing weight, and I’m wondering if y’all have any advice in terms of what else I can do. Thanks to those who answer.
