Hi!! I been wanting to loose weight cause i dont want to be sick in the future and want to be able to fit back in my old clothing and try to be happier with myself! I understand that since my starting weight is lower and would need excerise i want some advice or stuff that worked 4 other people in the past that where around my weight and height!! My goal is to be at 163 or 160!! And once i get there i am going to keep doing the stuff thats helping me to get around 140 or 130 depending on how happy im with my body. Some info is that my family makes me eat there food and give me the most food (4 example i would get 3 tacos and my sister would get 1) and i get bodyshamed by my mom and im fucking tired of having her do so. Also a side note is on alot of days i wont be able 2 excerise much cause my parents and sister having 2 work home and dont like noise Any tip helps cause i just want to loose weight
