I started losing weight on April 2018 with 106.5 kg and hit 89.9 kg in November 2018. That's a loss of 16.6 kg (- 36.5 lbs).
I got pregnant and went into maintenance for a while after the birth of my 2nd child because I developed undiagnosed and untreatened IBS with very bad symptoms and also had a bad injury in my pregnancy.
On january 22nd 2021 I was better and decided to start losing again at 95.8 kg. Today I weighed in on 89.9 kg which means I'm at my lowest recorded weight again after 3 months and only 10 kgs (22 lbs) away from entering healthy weight range.
I lost by achieving a calorie deficit though WW but it still is all calories in vs calories out, I just do well with the concept. I don't really excercise because I suffer from arthritis, but I take a rapid hour long walk at least 3 times a week and hula hoop 30-60 minutes on the other days.
