20F 207.3lbs with a goal of 110 lbs...I've been counting my calories and doing daily morning and evening exercise, with a daily intake of around 1.1kcals. This has been going on for about a week. (I've yet to weigh myself). I've been eating things that have the calories labeled on the back, so I'd say its decently accurate and give or take my actual calorie intake should be around 1.2k.
I'm just worried because I get very hungry at night. Id usually eat some slices of prosciutto (omg i looove prosciutto) and sometimes an orange, which supposedly comes out to be ~200 cals...but I feel like I'm destroying my progress by doing it. Starving myself isnt exactly good for my mental state, either. It's embarrassing to admit, but...i need advice. Should I be doing something like that?
Also, I'm a decently late sleeper. I usually sleep around 2-3 and wake up at around 10-11am, so by the time im done with whatever I have to do (usually college) its lunchtime. So I'd only eat lunch and dinner. Is that hindering my progress?
Any advice at all is appreciated. I'm worried that I'm working and stressing for nothing. Thank you!!
