I want to start this post by saying I have until about August to lose weight. So basically I am a 15-year-old boy and at the current moment I weigh about 150 and am about 5 5. I ideally would want to be about 135 which I think is doable ( please correct me if I'm being an idiot). I can cut junk food out of my life pretty easily and used to be fairly active before covid ( martial arts and basketball) however covid has put a stop to these things. I wouldn't mind doing exercise but it would likely have to be bodyweight due to me not having the money or room for any equipment.
I'm more or less kind of doing this for myself as I have been on the edge of being overweight for a long time due to me eating fast food a lot as a kid( don't judge my grandma died and my parents weren't in the best spot mentally for a couple of years). I don't mind putting in the work I just need someone to start and some guidance so that I don't have to have clothes not fit me.

edit: forgot to say I can do my own cooking and can pick up anything that would be available at a mall or a grocery store.
