I gained nearly 10kgs and I am ashamed.

A couple of years ago I lost around 20kg and got myself to a healthy BMI. I must admit that I didn’t do this in a healthy way, I lost this weight in about 2 months which I know isn’t safe. Last year when COVID hit I was still working and everything, but I got comfortable with being ‘thin’ and have started to gain my weight back pretty fast. Since about June/July last year I have nearly gained 10kgs. Since then I’ve been attempting to get back into my weight loss journey but I’m seriously struggling with patience. I used to be able to lose 1kg-2kg a week and now that I’m not starving myself I’m struggling when I don’t see the scale go down. I’m literally open to any tips at all, I’m sick of going through this cycle.
