I’m 15 years old, 6’2 tall, and currently at 243 pounds. I genuinely don’t know what to do or how to loose weight. I’ve tried so many things from going to track, trying to walk each day but always lack motivation. I also stress eat a lot from school and drama with my friends. Is there anybody that can give me advice on how to fix myself? I know i’m fat, and I really want to genuinely change my life, and how others see me. I don’t wanna be known as the fat kid in high school, or the kid who gets a low score on their mile run, or anything that’s going to lower my self esteem or make my motivation even worse than it already is currently.
If anyone who sees this post can give their input or any words of motivation that would really help.
