Hey guys! I‘ve (f23) been on a weightloss journey since October 2020 and I‘ve lost 11,8kg/23lbs since then. I‘ve plateaued this month for 3 weeks and this past week I finally lost a little bit of weight (0,5 kg/1,1lbs) and I am happy about that but my Motivation has been non existent. I only worked 3 times this week and not 5-6. When I work out I normally get this motivational boost bit this did not happen this week. My food intake wasn’t on track (I‘ve never binged but still got over my kcal most days). Since my Plateu started it really messes with my willpower. Furthermore I did have a lot of stress at work, uni and my boyfriend also got bad news about his granddad. All of that made me feel really bad and so I did not stick to my plan. I know it‘s just a week but i feel like a failure. Could you help me? Do you have any tips on how to get out of this motivational slump? Thank you!
