M/24/6’4” 273. Growing up I was thinner but always tall. After college and a family death I gained 60+ pounds. Over the last four years I’ve tried everything to lose weight but I always get stuck at around 269 pounds. And obviously with gyms being closed it’s hard to find workout equipment to use. I currently have dumbbells and I’m saving up for an elliptical. Even though I’ve been working out for the last four years I still consider myself a newbie/novice so if anyone has any tips/advice to help me get down to my goal weight (230-240) I would greatly appreciate it. Any advice is welcomed ♥️♥️ (I can post pictures if necessary)
