I’m 16, 5’7”, female hormones (trans guy who hasn’t started transitioning yet)
6 months ago I weighed 185 and then lost 15 lbs in 2 months (because I barely ate anything because I felt so nauseous all of the time, also had to walk way more than I did before).
March 1st, I weighed 170 lbs and started trying to actually lose weight. I’m 167 lbs right now.
So honestly, I want to be skinny. I want to lose a lot of weight and be as skinny as I can get. My goal weight is 130 lbs but all of the weight goals I see are higher than that and it makes me feel like my goal of 130 is unrealistic? I’d like to hear people’s thoughts thanks!
