Hi all im new around here. I Wanted to introduce myself and give you guys a little bit about me. I started working out about 2 years ago i started my fitness journey at 175 at 6 ft and at the end after countless hours in the gym I was up to 210 with a lot of muscle mass. I used to run every day but now my knees are shot i cant really run much anymore without a lot of pain. Once I stopped I put on 40 pounds because of stress eating I've lost most of it but I've retained the belly and I want it gone so badly. right now i weigh 235 and my target goal is 200. I also smoke and drink but, I know lots of people who are fit and do the same so I haven't cut it out yet. I'm kind of stocky and I've retained most of my muscle mass. I'm looking for advice on how to bring it home and if you have any questions to help provide advice let me know and ill get back to you quickly.
