I need help

I’m a college student who’s been quarantined at home for 12 months basically. The pandemic has completely destroyed my prior workout habits. In 2019 I was able to lose 40-50 pounds from working out, walking on campus and eating healthy. Now that I’ve been at home away from college for over a year, I’ve done basically nothing, and I’ve gained back 25 of those pounds that I lost in 2019. I looked at the scale earlier out of curiosity and I’m ashamed of how much I’ve lost control. I used to be able to control the portions that I ate, but now I eat so many sugary foods and desserts. I keep telling myself to stop, but eventually I end up going right back to the fridge to grab ice cream. I really really miss the gym but I don’t want to risk going, since my parents are older and I don’t want to get them sick. I also miss playing sports with my friends but I also can’t do that anymore for similar reasons.

Has anyone else had this experience? I’m so confused on where to start, and I’ve been feeling little to no motivation being stuck in my bedroom day after day. I love food so much and I keep eating it even when I’m full. is there anything I can do to feel less hungry all the time? If anyone can help I’d appreciate it
