After 3 months, I have finally successfully dropped the 21 lbs needed to get back into the 100s. It's the first time in 5 years that I've been under 200 lbs and it was my first goal.
I counted calories before but with all the health issues I've been having post Covid, I stuck with it this time. Also, I cook everything from scratch. Next, I think I need to work on upping my protein next and doing light exercise (still challenging with post covid bs).
Any advice on interjecting light exercise into my routine would be great. Unfortunately I'm still sleeping for 10+ hours a night post illness but I'm hoping to squeeze in a few things between cooking and work.
