I don't feel any different or feel like I look any different?

My SW was 252. I've regularly in the last couple of weeks managed to get down to around a steady 198-199. Which does mean I've lost 50LBS. But physically I don't feel any better and seeing myself I can't seem to see any change. Even though it's a 20% loss. I want to keep going. I've already managed to go below the threshold for Class II Obesity.

How did anyone else deal with this? How much did you have to lose to notice it. I'm also 22 and 5'4ish so I'm still quite young.

(Just to be clear my goal was health not looks but you would hope with that much you'd notice some difference. I do know I probably need to work on my own mental health about this.)
