Has only one of your foot gotten bigger more than the other when you gained weight???

Before I was Morbidly obese I was always around a size 11 or 10.5 in shoe size. Ever since I started trying to get active again I realize I always had foot pain in my right foot at first it was what I believe to be plantar fasciitis never got a diagnosed but as soon as I started doing physical therapy stretches for plantar fasciitis my foot started feeling a lot better. And I realize that in terms of shoes for exercise I needed to wear a size 10 extra wide. It appears to be as of right now that my right foot is a little smaller than my left foot hence why it's always looser on my right shoe. Has that ever happened to y'all did your feet started gaining bigger on one foot than the other? And my other question is would losing weight make it go back to normal in terms of them fitting both well in the same size shoe like it used to or has my left foot always been a little bigger than my right and gaining weight made it worse?
